Geoffrey is a dynamic, insightful facilitator of positive change and one of the co-founders of The Political Coaching Organization.   A challenging speaker and future thinker he has spent many years in the high technology sector in sales, business development and marketing roles as a senior leader and results producer.

When something had to be done he did it; providing direction, support and insight.  Results were priority one!  As he has moved into the emerging field of coaching he has taken all his knowledge, strengths and commitment and focused on enabling individuals, teams and corporations desiring positive change.  Change not in and for change sake.  But rather change that produces enrichment, growth and balance in all aspects of relationships.

Many entities both corporate and political are now looking for better ways to be effective and represent their constituencies of interest using the limited resources they have.  It has become clear that individuals are being pushed into increasingly more and more uncomfortable situations.  One significant means for these individuals to better cope with minimum risk to career advancement is by engaging a coach.  With the coach as part sounding board, mentor, conscience and puzzle master the executive is able to make timely, confident appropriate decisions.  Geoff has the answers- he helps demystify the conflicting values and enables a balanced decision process to emerge that enables all participants to be successful.

As he looks at the demands placed upon the individual one of the most significant stress causers is the perception that one must give up part of who they are to accommodate the system or situation they are functioning within.  Here in lies one of the great dilemmas that each individual must cope with.  Do they retain their core ethical being or compromise for results.  With Geoff’s help the individuals become composed, balanced and fully engaged.

Jodie is active in the Republican Party of Collin County where she has served in the past as Vice President and Public Relations for the Connor Harrington Republican Women’s Club. She is also a member of the Texas Federation of Republican Women and the National Federation of Republican Women of Texas. Jodie recently served for approximately one year as an election judge for Collin County.  She has served as both and alternate and delegate at Texas state conventions and has worked on many local and state campaigns. Jodie is also active as a coach for individuals who hold a local or state office. For 8 years Jodie was the host and producer of Speaking Women to Women, a Comcast/Time Warner cable network show. This show was about empowering women in North Dallas and Collin County which aired Monday through Friday with an audience up to 80,000 people.

She is a go-to Connector and a dynamic and sought after professional speaker and coach. She regularly addresses business and professional organizations with her engaging presentations on topics such as A New Perspective On Relationships In Business, Personality Styles, Defining your Vision/Mission statements, Effective Communications Skills, Empowerment vs. Power, Goal Setting versus Life Change , Living Your Passion, along with a variety of seminars on Image and Self Improvement workshops. She serves on a variety of boards for business and women’s organizations. Her passion for people and extensive experience in personal and professional development is the key in making a positive difference in her client’s lives.

Jodie has completed her Coach U curriculum in 2005 and is working on her certification for Neuro Linguistic Progamming (NLP). She is a member of the International Coach Federation (World Wide), member of the International Coach Federation of North Texas. Jodie is a 1999 graduate of Landmark Education’s Curriculum for Living & Leadership and has completed two Zig Ziglar seminars, Born to Win and Effective Business Communication. She also completed the Lifeworks Strategies seminar in 1990. Jodie is also a graduate of Leadership Plano in 2002. She is also a member Dallas Speakers Co-op, ABWA Open-Dallas Chapter, Women for Open Exchange, WOHA and a past board member of the Plano Chamber of Commerce.
